Refund policy

We have updated our Return Policy terms. Please review them carefully.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  You will receive an email within 1–2 business days confirming whether your request has been approved or denied.
• If the product is not in its original packaging or has been installed it is automatically not authorized to be returned.
• Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
  If your return is approved, you will receive an itemized Return Authorization, return shipping labels (if requested), and detailed instructions within 1–2 business days.
• From the date you receive this email, you will have 14 days to return the product.
  Once Front Yard Fire receives and inspects the returned item(s), your refund will be issued within 1–2 weeks.
• Items returned outside of this process or timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
